The
Keep on the Mountain
This
fortress was once the house of a prince and his court.
One
day, an old woman knocked on the large solid wooden door, asked
for shelter, food and water.
The
prince denied everything
to the woman in need,
and she, before disappearing in the cold mist, throwed a terrible
curse on his evil host.
From
that day, nothing has been known about the prince and his court.
All
that remain nowadays
are the keep and
his ruins,
domain
of the crows.
Some
wayfarers swear that obscene laughs and terrible howls can be heard
from the keep at night, and green eerie lights enlighten the empty
windows.
Still,
nobody dares to venture these cursed halls.
